INVT GD35 series frequency converter: solving complex industrial transmission control problems
1. High performance vector control algorithm
INVT GD35 adopts a new generation vector control algorithm, effectively solving the problems of insufficient low-frequency torque and low speed accuracy in traditional V/F control. Without PG vector mode, it can output 150% of the rated torque at 0.25Hz, with a speed fluctuation of less than ± 0.3%, which can meet the high-precision speed regulation requirements of general loads such as fans, water pumps, and conveyors.
2. Customized spindle solution for machine tools
In response to the special needs of the machine tool industry, GD35 provides specialized functions such as spindle orientation, rigid tapping, inertia identification and compensation. The inertia identification function can automatically identify the system inertia and optimize control parameters, greatly improving the dynamic response characteristics and machining accuracy of the spindle.
3. Multi scenario adaptation installation method
The GD35 series supports three installation methods: wall mounted, flange mounted, and floor mounted, which can adapt to different cabinet installation needs. The 380V voltage level covers the full power range of 1.5kW~315kW, and the 660V voltage level covers 22kW~630kW, which can meet the power requirements of various industrial equipment.
4. Comprehensive fault diagnosis and protection
INVT GD35 has a comprehensive fault protection system built-in, which can detect and protect more than 30 abnormal situations such as overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, overheating, phase loss, encoder failure, etc. Simultaneously record detailed information such as operating frequency, current, voltage, etc. of the last 5 faults, to facilitate technicians to quickly locate and troubleshoot the faults.
