INVT GD35 series: high-performance vector frequency converter for industrial automation field
1. Industry leading vector control accuracy
The INVT GD35 series closed-loop vector frequency converter adopts advanced magnetic field orientation control algorithm, supporting three control modes: no PG vector, PG vector, and space voltage vector. The speed ratio of asynchronous machine can reach 1:200, and the closed-loop speed ratio of synchronous machine can reach 1:1000. The speed control accuracy is ± 0.02%, and the torque response time is less than 10ms, which can accurately match various high-precision transmission requirements.
2. Specialized functions designed specifically for machine tool spindles
INVT GD35 deeply integrates the core functions required by the machine tool industry, supporting spindle accurate stop, 7 indexing angles, and 4 zero position positioning, enabling precise positioning at any position. At the same time, it provides functions such as pulse train servo control, encoder frequency division output, speed/position mode terminal switching, etc., perfectly adapting to spindle control of lathes, milling machines, machining centers and other equipment.
3. Flexible and diverse interfaces and communication solutions
This series comes standard with 3 analog inputs (including 1-10~10V bipolar input), 8 ordinary digital inputs, and 1 50kHz high-speed input. It supports Modbus RTU standard communication and can be optionally equipped with PROFIBUS, CANopen, and Ethernet expansion cards, enabling seamless integration into various industrial automation control systems.
4. Stable and reliable industrial grade design
GD35 adopts a forced air cooling design, supporting wide temperature operation of -10~50 ℃, and can be used proportionally at altitudes above 1000m. Built in over 30 fault protection functions including overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, overheating, and phase loss, with motor parameter self-learning and fault history recording capabilities, significantly reducing equipment maintenance costs.
