INVT GD35: Industrial frequency converter that balances universality and professionalism
1. Multi motor type compatible control
The GD35 series supports both asynchronous motor and permanent magnet synchronous motor drives, and users can flexibly switch motor types through parameters. Built in two independent sets of motor parameter groups, supporting quick switching of motors through terminals or communication methods, suitable for application scenarios where one frequency converter drives two different motors.
2. Integrated position and speed control
GD35 integrates speed control and position control functions, achieving high-precision positioning without the need for additional servo drivers. Supporting multiple position command inputs such as pulse train AB phase, pulse+direction, etc., the positioning accuracy can reach ± 1 encoder pulse, meeting most industrial positioning requirements.
3. Modular expansion design
This series adopts a modular design architecture, and users can choose different types of encoder interface cards (C1/D1/H1/H2/S1 types) and communication expansion cards according to their actual needs. The encoder interface supports different frequencies from 100kHz to 500kHz and is compatible with various mainstream encoders such as incremental, rotary, sine and cosine encoders.
4. Convenient debugging and operation experience
INVT GD35 comes standard with an LED operation keyboard and an optional LCD keyboard that supports multilingual display, with parameter copying function. Provide a quick debugging guide, users only need to input the motor nameplate parameters and perform self-learning to complete basic debugging. Simultaneously supporting digital potentiometers and terminal UP/DOWN frequency adjustment, the operation is simple and intuitive.
