Dealing with fluctuations in the marine power grid, INVT GD350-CCS series frequency converters are stable and uninterrupted
1. Wide input voltage range design
The GD350-CCS series ship specific frequency converter adopts a wide voltage architecture design, with a rated input of 380V three-phase AC power, compatible with a voltage fluctuation range of 380V (-15%) to 440V (+10%), suitable for unstable voltage and frequent shaking of ship power grids, and reduces the probability of shutdown caused by abnormal voltage.
2. Instant non-stop endurance capability
The product is equipped with an instant stop function. When the power grid drops instantly, the frequency converter can use load feedback energy to maintain short-term operation, avoiding production interruption caused by grid shaking. It is especially suitable for auxiliary equipment such as marine pump sets and fans that require high continuity of operation.
3. Automatic voltage adjustment function
The GD350-CCS series ship specific frequency converter has a built-in automatic voltage regulation (AVR) function. When the input grid voltage fluctuates, it can automatically adjust the output voltage to remain constant, avoiding voltage fluctuations at the load end with the grid, ensuring stable motor operating speed, and reducing equipment losses.
4. Phase loss overload protection mechanism
In response to possible anomalies such as phase loss and overload in the ship's power grid, the product is equipped with comprehensive power grid anomaly protection. Both input phase loss and output phase loss can be quickly detected and triggered for protection. Combined with graded overload protection logic, it not only ensures equipment safety but also avoids unnecessary shutdowns.
