Three installation modes are available for INVT GD350-CCS series frequency converter to adapt to various compartments

1. Wall mounted installation saves space
The GD350-CCS series ship specific frequency converter with a power range of 30kW to 315kW supports wall mounted installation, with a compact structure and small footprint. It is suitable for installation scenarios in ship electrical control cabinets and bulkheads with limited space. Different power ranges correspond to standardized installation apertures, making on-site deployment convenient.

2. Flange installation for isolation and heat dissipation
The 30kW to 200kW models support flange installation, which allows the cooling part of the frequency converter to be placed outside the electrical control cabinet and the control part to be left inside the cabinet. With an independent air duct structure, it achieves internal and external thermal isolation, solves the problem of heat dissipation in a closed electrical control cabinet, reduces the cost of temperature control inside the cabinet, and is suitable for high heat load compartments.

3. Floor standing installation with high power bearing capacity
The 220kW to 500kW high-power GD350-CCS series ship specific frequency converter supports floor mounted installation, with a stable base structure that can accommodate input reactors, DC reactors, and output reactors. It is suitable for the installation needs of high-power ship lifting, pump sets, and other equipment, and has higher integration.

4. Standardized size for easy deployment
INVT has standardized the installation dimensions of GD350-CCS series ship specific frequency converters. Different installation methods in the same frequency range have clear external shapes, installation hole positions, and aperture parameters. Customers can complete the cabinet opening and layout design in advance, shortening the on-site installation and debugging cycle.
