INVT GD35 closed-loop vector frequency converter: achieving high-precision synchronous motor control
1. Self learning of synchronous motor parameters
The INVT GD35 series supports both rotational self-learning and static self-learning methods for permanent magnet synchronous motors, and can automatically identify key parameters such as stator resistance, direct axis inductance, quadrature axis inductance, and back electromotive force constant of the motor. Even if the motor cannot be disconnected from the load, accurate motor parameters can be obtained through static self-learning to ensure control performance.
2. Zero speed full torque output
In closed-loop vector mode, the GD35 driven permanent magnet synchronous motor can achieve 200% rated torque output at 0Hz, which can meet the application scenarios of machine tool spindles, elevators, etc. that require high torque at zero speed. At the same time, it has excellent low-speed running stability, with no obvious vibration or noise at low speeds.
3. Accurate detection of magnetic pole position
GD35 adopts advanced magnetic pole position detection algorithm, supporting multiple initial magnetic pole detection methods such as high-frequency superposition and pulse superposition, which can accurately detect the initial magnetic pole position of synchronous motors, ensuring that the motor does not reverse during startup, with high starting torque and fast response.
4. Weak magnetic control and high-speed operation
INVT GD35 is equipped with an optimized weak magnetic control algorithm, which can achieve high-speed weak magnetic operation of synchronous motors, with a maximum output frequency of 400Hz. By adjusting the weak magnetic coefficient, the weak magnetic curve can be optimized, improving the efficiency and stability of the motor during high-speed operation and meeting the operational requirements of high-speed spindles.
