INVT GD600 series: Creating a safe and reliable multi drive control system
1. Multiple hardware protections to build a secure defense line for system operation
The INVT GD600 series inverter unit is equipped with a built-in DC fuse, which can effectively prevent single unit faults from spreading to the entire system, greatly improving system stability. At the same time, the product adopts an independent air duct design, which can block pollutants such as dust and particles from entering the interior of the frequency converter, avoiding ignition and short circuit faults, and significantly extending the product's service life.
2. Standard SIL2 STO function to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment
The Safety Torque Off (STO) function is a core requirement for industrial equipment safety protection. The INVT GD600 series comes standard with this function and meets SIL2 safety level. When the motor stops, the STO function will immediately cut off the torque output, effectively preventing the equipment from starting unexpectedly and providing reliable safety protection for on-site operators and the equipment itself.
3. Strict environmental adaptability testing, stable response to complex working conditions
INVT, as the first manufacturer in the domestic industrial control industry to obtain the ACT qualification issued by TUV SUD, has conducted comprehensive reliability testing on the GD600 series, covering multiple projects such as packaging drop, high and low temperatures, humidity, salt spray, and low air pressure. Products that have undergone rigorous testing can operate stably in complex industrial environments such as metal processing, textiles, and papermaking.
