The power requirements of different sections of the small-scale paper production line vary greatly. The modular design of GD600A supports multiple inverter units sharing a rectifier unit, and the number and power level of inverter units can be flexibly configured according to the actual power requirements of each section. When upgrading and renovating the production line in the later stage, only the corresponding inverter unit needs to be added, without replacing the entire transmission system, which reduces the upgrade cost.
3、 Improve protection mechanisms and reduce equipment failure risks
GD600A has comprehensive fault protection functions, including input phase loss, overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, overtemperature, brake circuit protection, etc., which can effectively protect the frequency converter and motor from damage. Among them, rectifier units of 110kW and below are equipped with built-in braking units and support 10 meter long short-circuit protection of braking resistors, further enhancing the safety and reliability of the system.

INVT GD600A adopts standardized hardware and software interfaces, supports multiple mainstream communication protocols, and can seamlessly integrate with existing DCS and PLC systems in paper production lines.
