Core Technology Analysis of INVT GD600 Series High Performance Multi Transmission
1. Precise vector control to achieve excellent dynamic response and accuracy
The INVT GD600 series adopts three control modes: space voltage vector, no PG vector, and PG vector. In the PG vector control mode, the speed ratio can reach 1:1000, the speed control accuracy is ± 0.02%, and the torque response time is less than 10ms. It can meet the transmission requirements of high precision and high dynamic response, such as precision rolling of metal processing, registration of printing and packaging, and other processes.
2. Digital filtering technology enhances the stability of encoder signal transmission
This series of PG cards adopts advanced digital filtering technology, and their anti-interference ability is more than twice that of traditional solutions. Even in industrial workshops with complex electromagnetic environments, encoder signals can maintain stable reception after long-distance transmission, ensuring the accuracy of motor speed and position feedback and avoiding equipment failures caused by signal interference.
3. Integrated control architecture simplifies system design and debugging
The INVT GD600 series integrates rectification, inversion, control, communication and other functions into modular units, using a unified control platform and debugging software INVT Studio. Engineers only need one set of software to complete parameter settings, status monitoring, and fault diagnosis for all units, greatly simplifying the workload of system design and on-site debugging.
