1. All-in-One Drive Precisely Matches Load Operating Characteristics

The INVT GD350 VFD can precisely adjust motor speed according to the actual operating characteristics of the load, avoiding energy waste caused by constant-speed operation of motors at rated speed. It supports efficient driving of both induction motors and permanent magnet synchronous motors, adopting advanced vector control technology for high motor operating efficiency and low losses. For quadratic torque loads such as fans and pumps, frequency control can achieve significant energy savings, with energy saving rates ranging from 20% to 60%.

2. Optimized Design to Reduce Self-Operating Losses

The GD350 series fully considers energy saving requirements in product design, adopting high-efficiency power devices and optimized heat dissipation design for low self-operating losses. Models of 18.5kW and above come standard with built-in DC reactors, which can increase the power factor to above 0.95 and reduce reactive power losses. The entire 380V series is equipped with built-in C3-class input filters, effectively suppressing electromagnetic interference and reducing line losses. Meanwhile, the product has sleep and wake-up functions, automatically entering sleep mode when the load stops running to further reduce energy consumption.

3. Reliable Operation to Reduce Energy Waste from Downtime

Equipment downtime not only causes production losses but also leads to significant energy consumption during restart. The INVT GD350 has extremely high reliability, having passed strict reliability tests for long-term stable operation. It features an instantaneous power failure ride-through function, which can effectively avoid unexpected shutdowns caused by grid fluctuations. A comprehensive fault protection mechanism can detect and handle abnormal situations in a timely manner, preventing fault escalation and reducing equipment maintenance time and downtime losses.

4. Intelligent Monitoring for Optimized System Energy Management

The GD350 series supports remote monitoring and data acquisition functions, which can collect real-time motor operating data such as current, voltage, power, and energy consumption, and upload them to the energy management system. Users can view equipment energy consumption statistics and analysis reports through the cloud platform, timely identify energy waste points, optimize production processes and equipment operating parameters, achieve refined energy management, and further improve the overall energy efficiency of the system.
