The INVT GD350 is specifically optimized for high-speed motor applications, adopting a new speed/current regulator and flux observer for smoother fast-start current and more stable high-speed control. Its output frequency range reaches 0-3200Hz, with excellent field-weakening control performance and low motor noise. It responds quickly to sharply fluctuating loads. Whether for air-bearing/magnetic-bearing blowers, high-speed spindles, engraving and milling machines, or synchronous fans, the GD350 provides precise and efficient drive control to fully unleash the performance advantages of high-speed equipment.

High-speed automation systems often require complex control logic and communication interfaces, and the GD350 series provides rich expansion capabilities. It supports multiple high-speed industrial communication protocols such as Profinet, EtherCAT, and CANopen, enabling seamless integration into various industrial control systems. Equipped with two high-speed pulse inputs that support quadrature encoder input, it can form a cost-effective simple closed-loop application. Various PG cards are available as options, using digital filtering technology to achieve long-distance stable reception of encoder signals, with anti-interference performance doubled compared to traditional solutions.

High-speed equipment imposes extremely high requirements on VFD reliability, and the INVT GD350 adopts multiple reliability designs. Models of 18.5kW and above come standard with built-in DC reactors, and the entire 380V series is equipped with built-in C3-class input filters, effectively suppressing electromagnetic interference and improving grid adaptability. It has comprehensive protection functions such as overvoltage stall prevention and overcurrent stall prevention, which can effectively reduce the number of VFD fault trips. An IP55 high-protection version is available for stable operation in harsh environments with dust, oil, and moisture.

 

4. Convenient Commissioning to Improve High-Speed Equipment Maintenance Efficiency

The wireless commissioning function of the GD350 series brings great convenience to the commissioning and maintenance of high-speed equipment. Technicians can monitor the VFD's operating status and adjust parameters in real time via a mobile app without approaching the high-speed running equipment. The standard multi-function LCD panel supports two commissioning modes: quick setup and grouped channel setup, meeting the needs of different users. Up to 6 historical faults can be queried, allowing technicians to quickly locate problems and shorten equipment downtime.
