INVT GD350 VFD: A Reliable Drive Partner for Harsh Industrial Environments

1. All-in-One Drive for Various Loads in Harsh Environments

The INVT GD350 series VFD has strong load adaptability, capable of driving various industrial loads such as fans, pumps, compressors, and conveyors while maintaining stable control performance in harsh environments. It adopts space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) technology, with high starting torque and strong overload capacity. It can withstand overload shocks of 150% rated current for 60 seconds and 180% rated current for 10 seconds, easily handling load fluctuations and impact loads in harsh environments.

2. High-Protection Design Against Harsh Environmental Erosion

For harsh industrial environments with dust, oil, moisture, and corrosive gases, INVT has launched the GD350 product with IP55 ingress protection rating. This product adopts an all-sheet metal enclosure, with sealing strips and gaskets designed at the joints between capacitors, covers, fans, heat sinks and the chassis to effectively block the intrusion of harmful substances. The high-protection capacitors have good thermal conductivity and insulation, significantly extending the service life of the VFD. It can be widely used in applications with high environmental requirements such as HVAC, wood processing, stone processing, beverage production lines, and environmental protection equipment.

3. Multiple Reliability Designs for Complex Grid Environments

Power grids in harsh environments often have problems such as large voltage fluctuations and severe harmonic interference. The GD350 series adopts multiple targeted designs. Models of 18.5kW and above come standard with built-in DC reactors, and the entire 380V series is equipped with built-in C3-class input filters, effectively suppressing grid harmonics and improving power factor. It has an automatic voltage regulation (AVR) function, which can automatically maintain a constant output voltage when the grid voltage changes. It supports a wide input voltage range, with 380V models operating normally within 323V-484V.

4. Remote Monitoring for Unattended Operation in Harsh Environments

The GD350 series supports Wi-Fi and 4G remote communication functions, which can upload VFD operating data to the cloud platform in real time. Users can remotely monitor equipment operating status and receive fault alarm information via mobile phones or computers. This function is particularly suitable for unattended stations in remote areas or harsh environments, eliminating the need for on-site inspections and enabling timely detection and handling of equipment abnormalities, significantly reducing maintenance costs and improving equipment operating efficiency.
