1、 International standards and authoritative certifications
The product design of INVT GD20 vector frequency converter strictly follows IEC international standards and has passed CE certification testing. Climate based environmental reliability testing: Through dozens of tests such as high and low temperature storage and operation, alternating humidity and heat, temperature shock, salt spray, low air pressure, etc., verify the operational stability of the product in harsh environments such as extreme temperature, humidity, corrosion, and high altitude;
Electrical performance reliability testing: Complete full project electrical testing for long-term full load aging, voltage fluctuations, short-circuit protection, overload protection, etc., to verify the electrical reliability of the product during long-term operation.

3、 Precise thermal design and heat dissipation optimization
Thermal design is the core of the long-term reliable operation of frequency converters. The INVT GD20 vector frequency converter introduces advanced thermal simulation technology in the design stage, and all models in the series have completed precise thermal simulation and design. The power components, heat dissipation ducts, and overall temperature rise of the frequency converter have been fully optimized to ensure that the product can maintain a reasonable temperature rise even under full load operation and high temperature environment, avoiding device aging and shutdown problems caused by overheating from the source.
