Key performance parameter test data
Operational characteristic testing: Measure the starting pressure and minimum steady operating pressure of the cylinder at different pressures to evaluate its sensitivity.
Friction resistance test: measures the resistance of the piston rod during no-load operation, and the data directly relates to the smoothness of cylinder motion and energy consumption.
Speed characteristic test: Under given load and gas supply conditions, measure the extension and retraction speed of the piston rod to verify whether its dynamic response meets the nominal value.
Output force verification: Under rated pressure, test the actual output thrust/tension of the cylinder and compare it with the theoretical calculated value to ensure that the driving force meets the standard.
Leakage testing: This is the core of testing the sealing performance of the cylinder. The report will record in detail the leakage volume at the piston seal (internal leakage) and the rod end seal (external leakage), and their values must be strictly controlled within the allowable range of the standard.
