INVT GD27 frequency converter: making industrial equipment installation and maintenance easier

1. PUSH-IN terminal realizes tool free quick wiring
The control terminals of traditional frequency converters are usually fastened with screws, which makes the wiring process cumbersome, requires the use of tools such as screwdrivers, and is prone to loose wiring. INVT GD27 adopts PUSH-IN pressure spring control terminals, and operators only need to directly insert the stripped wires into the terminals to complete the wiring without any tools, saving more than 50% of wiring time compared to traditional methods. Meanwhile, the spring-loaded connection is more secure and reliable, effectively preventing faults caused by loose wiring.

2. Pluggable fan design simplifies daily maintenance
The fan is one of the most easily damaged components in a frequency converter. Traditional frequency converter fans are usually fixed with screws, and the replacement process is complex, requiring the disassembly of the frequency converter housing. INVT GD27 adopts a pluggable fan design, and the fan adopts a wireless foolproof design. The operator only needs to gently pull out the fan, and replacing the new fan can be completed with just one plug. The entire process does not require any tools, greatly simplifying daily maintenance work.

3. Parameter copying function helps batch debugging
For production lines that require the installation of multiple frequency converters, parameter debugging is a time-consuming and laborious task. INVT GD27 supports parameter copying keyboard. Operators only need to complete the parameter settings of one frequency converter, and can quickly upload and download the parameters to all other frequency converters through the copying keyboard, achieving batch copying of parameters. This feature not only greatly improves debugging efficiency, but also avoids errors that may occur when manually inputting parameters, ensuring that the parameters of all frequency converters are consistent.

4. Multiple installation methods to adapt to different scenarios
INVT GD27 provides multiple installation methods for users to choose from, which can adapt to different installation scenarios. The standard wall mounted installation method is suitable for most electrical cabinets; A. B box supports optional rail bracket installation, making disassembly and assembly more convenient and efficient; C. The D and E enclosures support flange installation and are suitable for scenarios where the frequency converter needs to be installed on the cabinet panel. The design of multiple installation methods enables GD27 to flexibly meet the installation needs of different users.
