1、 Multi bus compatibility, achieving end-to-end communication from one network to the bottom
Modern automated production lines have increasingly high requirements for real-time and reliable communication. INVT GD600A supports various mainstream fieldbus and industrial Ethernet protocols such as Modbus, CANopen, PROFIBUS-DP, PROFINET, EtherCAT, etc., enabling end-to-end communication from the field layer to the control layer and management layer. The PROFINET communication card also supports oscilloscope function, which facilitates users to monitor the real-time operation status of the equipment.
2、 PLC seamless integration, simplifying control system architecture
GD600A can seamlessly integrate with various mainstream PLCs and achieve high-speed data exchange through the standard Modbus and CANopen buses. Users do not need to write complex communication programs to achieve centralized control and status monitoring of multiple frequency converters by PLC, greatly simplifying the architecture of the control system and reducing the difficulty and cost of system integration.
3、 Bridge function support, flexible construction of multicast network
The semi controlled rectifier unit and some uncontrolled rectifier units of INVT GD600A are equipped with bridge function as standard, which can achieve conversion and data forwarding between different bus protocols. Through the bridge function, users can connect devices using different communication protocols to the same multi drive system without the need to replace existing devices, and flexibly build a hybrid bus automation control network to protect users' initial investment.
4、 Modular design, convenient for later functional expansion
GD600A adopts a fully modular design, with independent modules for rectification unit, inverter unit, and expansion card, allowing users to flexibly configure according to their actual needs. If you need to add control functions in the later stage, you only need to install corresponding expansion cards, such as PG cards for high-precision position control, PLC cards for local logic control, and I/O cards for expanding input and output interfaces, which can meet the production needs of different stages.
