2、 GD200A multi-mode installation solution, suitable for full field cabinet layout requirements
INVT GD200A frequency converter provides a full scenario installation mode solution for different power and on-site installation requirements, perfectly adapting to various cabinet designs and on-site installation conditions. The 0.75-200kW models support wall mounted and flange (through wall) installation methods, while the 220-315kW models support wall mounted and floor mounted installation methods. The 355-500kW high-power models use floor mounted installation methods, and there are corresponding standardized installation schemes for all power ranges.
The flange installation method of INVT GD200A frequency converter can be combined with independent air duct design to completely isolate the heat dissipation part of the frequency converter from the control part inside the cabinet, effectively solving the heat dissipation problem inside the closed control cabinet. It is particularly suitable for use in harsh industrial sites with high dust and oil pollution, greatly extending the service life of the equipment. In terms of keyboard design, models below 15kW (inclusive) adopt a film covered keyboard design and support external keyboards; Models above 18.5kW come standard with a plug-in external keyboard, built-in digital potentiometer, and support for parameter upload and download. The maximum external length can reach 200 meters, making it perfectly suitable for various scenarios such as cabinet door installation and remote debugging.
At the same time, the INVT GD200A frequency converter adopts a rivet structure design, which not only ensures the overall connection reliability of the product, but also realizes reliable grounding, making on-site wiring more convenient; The product terminal layout is clear, the main circuit and control circuit are clearly divided, and the wiring identification is clear and easy to understand, effectively reducing the error rate of on-site wiring.
